Easy Chili Verde

Introduction

You can change the salsa and chiles to meet your spiciness preference. Sometimes I use a bottled Verde Salsa instead. You can change the salsa and chiles to meet your spiciness preference. Sometimes I use a bottled Verde Salsa instead.

Ingredients

    3 Lb. Chuck Steak
    1 Large jar of your favorite salsa
    1 Onion chopped
    1 Can green chiles
    1/2- 1 Tsp Crushed garlic
    1 Tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Cut chuck steak into bite size pieces, brown in olive oil. Place steak and all remaining ingredients in slow cooker for 6-8 hours. Serve with warm tortillas, cheese, diced tomatoes, cilanto and low fat sour cream! I also like to serve with some boiled pinto beans. Yum.
