Super Seafood and Chicken Stirfry

Introduction

Just tossing some stuff in a pan with seasonings I like. Coriander, Basil, cumin, Rosemary, Thyme. Just tossing some stuff in a pan with seasonings I like. Coriander, Basil, cumin, Rosemary, Thyme.

Ingredients

    26 shrimp
    2 tomatoes diced
    20 baby carrots sliced length wise
    1 1/4 cups water chestnuts sliced
    4 stalks celery finely chopped
    4 cups mushrooms sliced
    1 large onion chopped
    2 cups cooked chicken breast
    1 1/2 cups scallops
    2 tsp garlic

Directions

While chopping vegetables, cook raw shrimp by cooking in skillet and then peel, set aside. Fry onion and garlic in the same skillet until tender about 5 - 10 minutes. Add carrots and celery, cook until tender about 8 to 10 minutes. Add frozen scallops, cook 5 minutes. Add Chicken and shrimp, cook 5 minutes adding any seasonings at this time. Add mushrooms and tomatoes with water chestnuts and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes until desired tenderness. Serve over rice or cous cous.
