Introductiona fun blend of flavors a fun blend of flavors
2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup of low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp imitation rum
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp honey
Add oil to your frying pan and let it get hot. Once it gets hot, add the entire bowl; chicken and sauce. Stir until thoroughly cooked.
This is excellent if you add in rice and broccoli or use to top a salad. Create your own meal out of it! It was a hit with my husband and both boys!
