1 pound ground beef/turkey 93% lean 1 can (19 oz) old el Paso enchilada sauce 1.5 cups shredded cheese 8 flour tortillas 1 medium onion
1. Heat oven 375 degrees. lightly grease pan. In skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly. Cook onions at same time, in same skillet. Stir in 3/4 cup of the enchilada sauce and 1 cup of the cheese 2. Spoon enchilada filling onto tortillas; roll up and place seam sides down in baking dish. 3. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top; sprinkle with ermaining cheese.
