Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 lbs chicken breast
    1 can cream of chicken soup healthy request
    1 pkg Philadelphia light cream cheese
    1 can black beans rinsed and drained
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 pkg of ten whole wheat Mission Tortillas
    2 cups of Kraft 2% sharp cheddar
    4 oz can of green chilies
    1 tsp chili powder, divided
    1/2 tsp garlic powder, divided
    1/2 tsp onion powder, divided
    ground cumin and cilantro to taste

Directions

Micro cook chicken with Ms. Dash. cumin, garlic and onion powder
Chop chicken & add cream cheese, 1/2 can soup, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 of green chilies.
To remaining soup add green chilies, chili powder, onion and garlic powder. Stir in sour cream and milk.
Stuff cream cheese, chilies, black beans and chicken mixture into tortillas and place in 9x13 dish. (I needed another smaller pan to fit all.)
Top with sour cream sauce and cheese and bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro.
