Introduction

I'm no vegetarian but with cost of meat on the rise, I looked for ways to get my protein in less expensive ways. I tried this and am addicted to eating it at least once per week. It is simple with a maximum of 5 or 6 items. Full of protein, iron and a world of nutirition with a satisfying taste. Ingredients

    1 can of Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet corn
    1 can Hunts Cheese and Garlic spaghetti Sauce
    1 can of Lentils
    1 can of peas
    1 can of Unico Bean Medley
    1 can of Unico Chick Peas

Directions

Drain juice off of corn and peas. Pour all ingredients into a Crockpot or Stove Pot and stir. If you are using a crockpot, put on low and let it slow cook for 3-4 hours. If you are using a Stove, cook until it reaches your desired temperature.
When I make this, I can get anywhere from 4-6 meals out of it, but it depends on your own personal serving size. I use 1 1/2 cups per serving for me. You do not even need to add spices unless you want to, because the natural flavour of the ingredients tastes best when left alone.
