Ingredients

    1/2 cup of any berries, raspberries or blueberries preferred by Lisa
    2 Green tea bags
    1 cup boiling water
    1 scoop vanilla low carb protein mix of choice

boil water.
steep bags in boiling water
add berrries after two minutes of steeping
add protein powder stir well
