Ingredients

    1 cup chocolate soy milk
    1 cup fruit (I use frozen strawberries or peaches)
    6 oz. (or one serving) any flavor of Yoplait Light!

Directions

combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 40 seconds, or until fruit is completely blended. Makes one serving.
