Introduction

Pineapple muffins with half the sugar. Pineapple muffins with half the sugar.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1/2 c sugar
    1/2 c splenda
    1 tsp vanilla extract,
    1 16oz can crushed pineapple
    2 cups of Gold Medal Self rising flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.
First mix egg, sugars, vanilla, and pineapple then add in the flour. Mix throughly, then put in muffins pan. makes 12.
