    1 LB GROUND TURKEY
    2 1/2 CUPS OF DICED GREEN PEPPERS
    2 CANS OF DICED TOMATOES
    1 CUP OF CELERY DICED
    1 SMALL CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE
    2 CUPS TOMATO JUICE
    2 CUPS WATER
    1 TSP OF CINNAMON
    SALT TO YOUR TASTE
    PEPPER TO YOUR TASTE

Directions

BROWN GROUND TURKEY. ADD DICED TOMATOES, TOMATO SAUCE, CELERY AND GREEN PEPPERS. LET SAUTE TOGETHER FOR AWHILE. ADD CINNAMON, SALT AND PEPPER. THEN, ADD WATER AND LET SIMMER FOR 2 HOURS.
