Ingredients

    2 onions, diced
    2/3 bag baby carrots
    5 potatoes, peeled & chunked
    Rutabaga, chunked
    2# cooked roast beef
    8 c. water
    1 can swansons broth
    garlic, salt, pepper, goya spice, worcestershire - whatever you like
    1/4 c. flour

Directions

Add all ingredients except flour in crockpot. Cook on low 8 - 10 hrs. Mix flour w/ water and add to crock during last hour to thicken.
