Ingredients

1 large tomato (sliced or chopped)
1 small onion (sliced or chopped)
4 oz Soft goat cheese
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp basil
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp xylitol
Directions
slice or chop tomato and onion in a bowl. Cut goat cheese into small pieces (a little larger than a pea)
In a separate small bowl, mix, balsamic vinegar, and spices and pour over the tomato etc.
