Easy Crockpot Barbeque Pulled Pork

Ingredients

    1-3lbs Boneless Pork Loin trimmed of fat,
    12 oz Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi
    1/2 to 1 cup Ketchup

Directions

Place all ingredients in Crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until falls apart (for a large loin, you may want to cut into 2 pieces.

This is crazy easy, but delicious! Make 'pulled pork' sandwiches on light buns with coleslaw.
