Introduction

Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed
    * Hot Pepper Sauce, 1/4 cup
    * 1 cup water
    * Couscous, 1 cup, dry, yields
    * Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .5 package (10 oz)
    * Blue Cheese, .125 cup, crumbled, not packed

Directions

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and brown in skillet until cooked though.
add water and hot sauce, couscous, and vegetables, reduce heat and simmer until heated through.
Toss with blue cheese and serve
Serves 4
