Ingredients

    Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 2 crust, single 9"
    Egg, fresh, 8 large
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 cup, shredded
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 medium
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 oz
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Bacon, 10 medium slices, cooked

Directions

Layer all ingredients in crust and bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
