Cathy's Meatloaf



Introduction

Mom always made this, and we always had mashed potatoes and peas with it! I've carried that on to my family and my daughter has also with her family! Mom always made this, and we always had mashed potatoes and peas with it! I've carried that on to my family and my daughter has also with her family!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 cup chopped onion or can use dried onion in place of raw
    1 egg
    1/2 cup catsup
    3 tsp. mustard, or a couple of squirts
    3 tsp. brown sugar, or to taste

Directions

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, and onion together. place in loaf pan. Mix catsup, mustard, and brown sugar together and pour over top of meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Makes 4 servings.
Serve with mashed potatoes and peas.
Yummy!
