Rolled Oats, 40g (.5 cup)
Cocoa powder, 5 g (1 T)
PB2, 6 g (1 T)
1 cup water
Splenda or Stevia to taste
*I prefer this cooked on the stove-top, however, the microwave is much faster!
*Possible substitutions: Milk for water, Natural Peanut Butter for the PB2. PB2 is an all-natural powdered peanut butter--sounds gross, but it's AMAZING! Since it tastes just like peanuts (no added ingredients), it is a good sub for peanut butter when you want the flavor but no added fat.
