Ingredients

    Dried Cherries
    Dried Figs
    Fresh Strawberries
    Fresh Apples
    Brown Rice Syrup
    Cinnamon

Directions

Select dried fruit.
Prepare fresh fruits.
Add to saucepan with just enough water, sweetener and cinnamon. Bring to boil. reduce to simmer and cook for 20-30 minutes.
