Coconut Pineapple Bars

Introduction

Just dump, stir and bake to golden perfection. Just dump, stir and bake to golden perfection.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1.5 c. all purpose flour
    1.5 c. Splenda Blend
    1/2 t. baking soda
    2 whole eggs
    2 egg whites
    1 20-oz can crushed pineapple in it's own juice; drained
    1/4 c. fat free sour cream
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. shredded coconut

Directions

1.
Preheat oven to 325F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with PAM.

Mix eggs and egg whites together, beating slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, Splenda, and baking soda. Stir in eggs, pineapple, sour cream and butter until combined. Fold in nuts and coconut. Spread in pan.
4.
Bake about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on rack. Cut into bars.
