Ingredients

    2 Egg Whites
    2 TBS. Low-Fat Butter (50 cal. 5 fat per Tbs.)
    1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 Cup White Flour
    3/4 Cup Skim Milk
    1 TBS. Brown Sugar
    3 tsp. Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    Non-Stick Spray

Directions

Beat eggs. Melt low-fat butter and mix with eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix just until smooth.
