i was very surprised as to how good these really are! i was very surprised as to how good these really are!

Ingredients

    mix together egg beaters, egg whites and tofu, season with salt and pepper. spray pan and heat, pour in egg mixture and cook as you would scrambled eggs.

  • My grandma actually taught my family how to make tofu eggs and they are better than regular eggs. But we dont use egg beaters. we just use tofu and add a pinch of curry to give it a yellow coloring. Then we add Braggs amino and our choice of veggies and other seasoning. AMAZING! - 2/27/09

  • Wonderful...I have been substituting Tofu for scrambled eggs to the kids for years. These past with flying colors. I drissled a little ketchup on mine before. There is no need for the ketchup now! - 2/1/09
