Low cholesterol breakfast bake

Number of Servings: 6


    12 oz. Life light veggie protein
    4 tsp (or more) Salt free Seasonings
    4 oz veggie shreds Cheddar & pepper jack
    4 oz veggie shreds mozzarella
    1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    1 cup cooked Brown Rice, long grain


Heat substitute ground by directions given then mix in seasoning. Arrange meat in bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Mix cheeses, eggs and brown rice on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
