Abs Diet: Yo Soup for You

1/2 lb. chicken breasts
1 c. chopped onion
1 t. olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
6 c. low-sodium chicken stock
1 c. canned navy beans, drained
1/2 c. minced carrots
1 c. corn
1/2 c. canned, peeled tomatoes
2 T. chopped basil or parsley
1/2 t. ground black pepper
2. Ad the stock, beans, and carrots. Bring to a boil. Add the corn and tomatoes with juice. Cook for 15 minutes.
3. Add the basil or parsley and pepper.
Makes 4 servings.
