HealthierLynn's Crockpot Sour Cream Chicken

Introduction

Like most of my crockpot recipes, this one is quick, easy and yummy, Baby! Like most of my crockpot recipes, this one is quick, easy and yummy, Baby!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless (4 oz. each)
    1 can Campbell's 98% FF Cream of Mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Sour Cream, fat free
    1 env. Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
    1-1/2 cups water

Directions

Place chicken breasts into crockpot. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl and pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours.

    this was really the first sparks recipe i've made so i was very excited. i made it for my entire family (parents, brother, grandmother) and EVERYBODY ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! it was a huge hit! served over spiral noodles it was a big hit. only change: i'll thicken the sauce next time :) - 5/12/10

  • made it before, making it again tonight! i love it!!!! however, to cut some sodium i use dried onion and not the mix, and i add about 2 tablespoons of Hungarian paprika, gives it a little kick. - 3/9/11
