Ingredients

    6 boneless/skinless chicken thighs cubed
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    2 cups fresh spinach
    2 cups baby bak choy or substitute chopped cabbage
    1-2 T Oil
    1 cup Thai Peanut Sauce

Directions

Heat a slightly oiled wok (medium/high). Stir fry chicken until no longer pink.
