Introduction

These are very quick and easy to make. They go great with some home made fries. These are very quick and easy to make. They go great with some home made fries.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Beef
    1 can Tomato Paste (6 oz.)
    1/2 to 1 cup water
    1-2 chipotle peppers, chopped into little pieces.
    1/2 Tbsp Cumin
    Salt and Pepper

Directions

Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain fat.
Return to pan. Add tomato paste and water. Stir until mixed. Add chipotle's, cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer for 5 min until thick. Serve on buns, bread or pasta.
Makes 6-8 sandwiches
