425gms can Tuna in spring water
2 shallots or spring onions
1 cup breadcrumbs
300gm can cream style corn
1 tsp Mexican chili powder
1/4 cup chopped parsley
300gms jar tomato salsa
Line the bottom of a 20x10cm loaf dish and pack mixture in.
Cover with foil and bake at 180C for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue cooking for a further 15 minutes or until set.
Remove from oven and stand for 10 minutes to firm before turning onto a serving dish.
Serve with tomato salsa.
