Sensational Spiced Salmon

Ingredients

    1 T brown sugar
    2 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp grated lemon peel
    3/4 tsp ground cumin
    a dash of salt
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 4-oz salmon fillets

Directions

Combine the first six ingredients; rub over salmon. Place in an 11-in x 7-in x 2-in. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
