Raw Spicy Wraps



Introduction

These are great for making raw enchiladas or veggie wraps!!! These are great for making raw enchiladas or veggie wraps!!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup ground flax seeds

    2 tablespoon chopped onion

    2 clove garlic

    ½ jalapeno pepper

    4 tomatoes

    ½ cup sundried tomatoes

    ½ cup coconut water

    2 young coconut the meat

Directions

mix all the ingredients in a blender, then divide among 3 teflon dehydrator sheets and dehydrate at 105 F for 6 to 7 hr, then flip directly on the dehydrator trays and continue for another 4 hr.
Cut into large wraps and use the wraps to make enchiladas or veggie wraps. Yum!

Makes enough for 8 wraps.
