Baked Chicken Tortillas

    1 cup Whole Foods 365 Medium Salsa
    8 oz Fat Free Breakstone Sour Cream
    8 La Banderdita Soft Tacos
    5 Perdue Perfect Portions Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts - cooked and diced
    1 whole onion - diced (approx 1 cup)
    1/2 large green pepper diced
    3/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese


Preheast oven to 350 degrees
Combine 1/2 cup salsa and sour cream in small bowl.
Spread evenly over each soft taco.
Divide chicken, bell pepper, and onion down center of each taco and roll up.
Place rolls, seam sides down, on baking sheet covered with aluminum foil.
Top with remaining salsa.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins.
Sprinkle with cheese; bake an additional 5 mins or until cheese melts
