Tuna Noodle Casserole

Introduction

This quick, easy dinner has always been a favorite in my family. Serve with peas for a complete meal. This quick, easy dinner has always been a favorite in my family. Serve with peas for a complete meal.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 can canned tuna, drained
    3 tbs. sour cream
    1 c. milk
    8 oz enriched egg noodles

Directions

Cook egg noodles according to packaging instructions. In a microwave safe caserole dish, mix together ingredients. Add more milk or sour cream to get desired consistency. Fold in cooked egg noodles. Cover with glass caserole lid and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir. Microwave for an additional 2 minutes. Dish will be hot. Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
