    1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
    1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
    1/4 cup frozen blueberries
    1/4 cup frozen blackberries
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    dash of cinnamon

Directions

puree all ingredients in blender serve immediately.
