Fast and easy breakfast

Introduction

This is one easy way to get some fiber and nutrients for breakfast! Not only does it require little to no cooking skills, it's fast! This is one easy way to get some fiber and nutrients for breakfast! Not only does it require little to no cooking skills, it's fast!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 banana
    1 whole wheat english muffin
    2 tablespoons of peanut butter (I use creamy, but crunchy would work just as well)

Directions

Toast the english muffin. Then, peel the banana, cut it in half, then cut the halves long-ways to get a total of four long pieces of banana. When the english muffin is finished toasting, spread one tablespoon of peanut butter on each half, then place two banana slices on each half of the english muffin. Makes 1 serving, and it's yummy too!
