Introduction

You can make this dish light if you are sure to use the part skim mozzarella cheese! You can make this dish light if you are sure to use the part skim mozzarella cheese!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Buitoni Focaccia Bread Mix, 1 box
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup
    2 roma tomato
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese 2 tbsp
    FRESH Basil, 2 tbsp

Directions

prepare the focaccia package as stated on the box but be sure to add the seasoning packet AND yeast . place in prepared 13X9 baking pan.

Put tomato slices on prepared dough and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.

Bake 425 for 12-18 minutes. Cool 2 minutes and sprinkle with fresh basil just before serving.
