2 cups ww elbow macaroni
3 TBS. smart balance light buttery spread
1/2 cup flour, whole grain
2 cups skim milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
.50 TBS. onion powder (optional)
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
8 oz. velveets light cheese cubed
Melt butter ( you can use a double boiler ). Add the milk, dry mustard, salt, pepper and onion powder. Heat until warm. Add flour and mix until thickened. Add velveeta cheese cubes, mix until melted. Mix with cooked macaroni and put in casserole dish that has been sprayed with pam.
Bake at 375 for about 25-30 minutes or till hot and bubbley.
