Chicken and Whole Wheat Pasta

Ingredients

    1 small onion
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. spaghetti sauce
    4oz. whole wheat pasta (any type)
    6oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
    3 tsp. chopped garlic

Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain.

Cook the chicken in a skillet using non-stick cooking spray with any kind of seasoning you like.
Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to skillet.

Mix it all together and serve.
