Ingredients

    14 oz diced tomatoes
    1 cup frozen peas
    8 oz frozen lima beans
    12 oz birds eye steam fresh cauliflower, garlic
    1.5 cups fresh spinach
    1 potato
    2 large carrots

Directions

makes 6 1cup servings

dice potato and carrot, tear spinach into bite size pieces

Add all ingredients to pot and cook 30 minutes or until carrots and potatoes are tender
