Mary's chicken and noodle soup

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Chicken bouillon cubes low sodium, dry, 5
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Yellow Corn, .1 cup (remove)
    Broccoli, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) (remove)
    Green Beans (snap), 2 cup (remove)
    Barley, pearled, raw, .25 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *No Yolk Broad Noodles, 16 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)


Directions

Add 2 chicken leg quarters, boullion and chopped onion to 8 cups of water. Bring to a boil and cook until chicken falls off the bone. Remove chicken from broth and add remaining vegatables and barley. Cook until tender-crisp, addiing water as needed to cover vegetables. Remove bone and skin from chicken and shred. Add noodles and water ti cover noodles and boil till done. Add chicken back into the pot and cook until all ingredients are done.
