    1 can condensed tomato soup prepared with 1% milk
    1 zucchini pureed
    1 red pepper minced
    85 g partly skimmed ricotta cheese
    4 oz orzo or other pasta
    oregano, basil and other spices to taste
    fresh oregano (for garnish)

Directions

Prepare the soup in a pot on medium-low heat
Add zucchini and red pepper slowly, stirring constantly
Add strained orzo
Add ricotta, still stirring constantly
Add spices
Heat to desired temperature
