Raisins, .75 cup (not packed) (remove)
Walnuts, .33 cup, chopped (remove)
*Whole Wheat Flour, .5 cup (remove)
Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
Oats, 1 cup (remove)
Wheat germ, crude, .5 cup (remove)
Tofu, soft, .5 cup (1/2" cubes) (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)
*Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 16 tsp (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
*Splenda, 16 tsp (remove)
Toast Walnuts in oven
Toast wheat germ in pan on stove-careful not to burn
In seperate bowl add flours, oats, salt, soda. All dry ingredients except nuts and raisins.
In food processor, blend tofu till smooth.
Add applesauce, egg, both sugars and vanilla, blend till smooth.
Add dry ingredietns including nuts and raisins and pulse until mixture is moistened - do not over process.
Turn into 9x13 pan sparyed lightly with cooking spray and bake 20-25 minutes till golden and done.
Cool completely in pan.
Cut into 14 bars. Will keep wrapped for 3 days or in freezer for 4 months.
