Ingredients

    * Banana, fresh, 2 cup, mashed
    * Honey, 1 tsp
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * Oats, .25 cup
    * *Flour, white, 1.25 cup
    * Soy Flour, .5 cup, stirred
    * Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    * Chocolate Chips, 4 tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°

Beat moist ingredients together well, then stir in dry ingredients. Pour into a greased 8 inch loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes, reduce heat to 300° and bake a further 25-30 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
