Introduction

This recipe can be change to fit your tastebuds. Instead of using onion powder and garlic, you can use fresh. Or you can use any sauce as a topping. This recipe can be change to fit your tastebuds. Instead of using onion powder and garlic, you can use fresh. Or you can use any sauce as a topping.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb ground turkey breast
    1 cup fat free milk
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/4 cup fat-free egg product
    1 1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
    6 tbls bbq sauce, or salsa, or ketchup
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, low fat

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients execpt for the bbq sauce and cheese. Spread mixture into an ungreased pan or muffin pan. Spread bbq sauce over top.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. During last 5 minutes top with cheese.

Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes; drain. Remove from pan. Serves 6.
