Sue's Spicy Chicken Nachos

Submitted by: BIKERGRL

Introduction

I developed this recipe to deal with a craving for nachos. Usually when I eat nachos I pig out and I worried that this wouldn't fill me up. The scoop of refried beans solved that problem and added some variety. I developed this recipe to deal with a craving for nachos.
