Maple-Chili Popcorn

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    10 cups of popcorn (we pop ours in 3 tbls oil)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    1 tblsp butter

Directions

make popcorn and place in large boil.

in a medium saucepan heat maple syrup and butter and spices and stir until it comes to a boil. Once boiling stop stirring and let it boil for 5 minutes.
Slowly drizzle sauce over popcorn while stirring. Dump mixture onto a greased sheet pan and bake in a 300 degree oven for 15 minutes. Let cool.
