Ingredients

    1/2 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 c skim milk
    2 pkt splenda
    1/4 tsp vanilla
    1/4 c egg substitute

Directions

Mix (blender or stick blender work great). Spray waffle iron with cooking spray if desired. Spread and cook to desired brownness.

Serving = 1/2 of a circle
