Easy, fast, tasty! Easy, fast, tasty!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    16 ounces Lamb sirloin or Lamb chop
    2/3 cup plan fat free yogurt
    2 TBSP fresh grated ginger
    3 tsp curry powder

Directions

Mix yogurt, ginger, curry together to make a marinade. Sprink chops or sirloin with salt and pepper, then coat with marinade and let sit.

Broil 5 inches from heat until desired doneness-I reccomend medium rare for lamb to stay tender!
