Beefy Vegetable soup

Ingredients

    1 lb beef round steak
    5 medium potatoes
    7 baby carrots
    1 can green beans
    1 can peas
    1 can corn
    1 med onion, chopped
    48 oz tomato juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Cut steak into bite sized pieces. Place in bottom of large (5qt) crockpot with an inch of water. Add seasonings. Peel & dice potatoes. Chop carrots. Drain canned veggies. Add all ingredients & cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Enjoy!
