    2 cups almond flour
    2 tsp of backing powder
    1/2 stick of butter
    4 eggs/egg replacement
    1/3 cup of water
    1/3 cup pf honey or natural liquid sweetner

Directions

mike ingrediants together spoon into prepared muffin tin cook at 350 degrees for 15 min makes 12 servings

  • Very good! I added 1/2 tsp of vanilla and use the Splenda baking sweetner. Added that to the water. Made blueberry batch - so tasty! I'm making another batch today with fresh chopped cherries. Can't wait! - 6/28/11
