Broccoli-Grape Salad

Introduction

So easy it makes itself So easy it makes itself
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2-3 cups broccoli [one bunch]
    1 generous cup of seedless red grapes

    6-8 oz container of light yogurt
    [Lemon, Vanilla, OR Plain ]
    1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

    Optional Topping: Sliced Almonds or Crumbled Bacon

Directions

-Cut head of broccoli into florets, rinse in cold water & pat dry; Rinse and add grapes
-Stir Lemon Pepper seasoning into light [lemon, vanilla, or plain] yogurt
-Stir to coat. Serve Cold.
Optional: Top w/ sprinkle of sliced almonds or crumbled bacon
