(Crust) Almond Crust

Ingredients

    # Almonds, 90 gram, ground
    # Almond Butter, 3 tsp (10 gram)
    # Almond Crackers, 100 gram
    # Brown Sugar, 1 Tbsp
    # Instant Coffee Powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Process almonds and crackers, brown sugar and coffee in a food processor until ground.

Bake in buttered dish at 350 deg. for about 10 minutes until the crust is beginning to brown. After 8 minutes, check every minute or so, because once it starts to brown it goes quickly. Let cool.
